*Parkmobile: an Atlanta-based start-up creating smartphone applications to help drivers find parking spots and use the same handset to pay for parking. Bill Ford, executive chairman of the Ford Motor Company, runs Fortinalis Partners, a company that invests in technologies to help alleviate congestion on the roadways and has backed Parkmobile.
